All designer brand names and trademarks referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to accurately identify and describe the authentic pre-owned items we sell.

Our Inspection Process

All designer pieces are carefully inspected prior to listing. We source our inventory through reputable channels and apply rigorous inspection standards to every item, examining:

Luxury Cheaper Boutique Authenticity Card

Many items ship with a Luxury Cheaper Boutique Authenticity Card. This card is issued by Luxury Cheaper LLC and represents our own inspection and guarantee. It is not issued by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the original designer brand. It is our personal assurance that we have inspected the item and stand behind its authenticity.

Special Disclosure: Louis Vuitton Padlock Combination Products

Some products in our catalog combine an authentic pre-owned Louis Vuitton padlock with an unbranded stainless-steel chain, necklace, or bag charm component supplied by Luxury Cheaper Boutique.

These combination products are not manufactured by Louis Vuitton and are not described as complete Louis Vuitton products. The Louis Vuitton padlock component is authentic; the chain or charm is an unbranded component created and supplied by Luxury Cheaper Boutique.

How to File an Authenticity Claim

If you believe an item you received is not authentic, follow these steps:

   Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of confirmed delivery with your order number and a description of your concern.

   Obtain written documentation from a recognized third-party authentication service such as Entrupy, Real Authentication, or a brand-authorized retailer.

   Submit the documentation to us. We will review your claim and may request the item be returned for independent inspection.

   If the item is confirmed inauthentic, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Conditions & Limitations

• —The standard 15-day general return window is separate from this 30-day Authenticity Guarantee.
• —Authenticity claims must be raised within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
• —Claims must be supported by written documentation from a recognized third-party authentication service.
• —Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after receipt may not be eligible for an authenticity-based resolution.
• —We reserve the right to request independent inspection before issuing any resolution.
