- Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes, we offer free U.S. shipping on all orders. Items are carefully packaged and shipped promptly from Tampa, FL. Tracking is included on every order so you always know where your item is.

- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards, Klarna (buy now pay later), Afterpay, Cash App Pay, and ACH bank transfer via our secure Stripe checkout. Your payment information is always encrypted and protected.
- What is your return policy?
- We accept returns requested within 15 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all original materials. Authenticity concerns may be raised within 30 days of confirmed delivery under our separate Authenticity Guarantee. See our full Return Policy for details.

- All items are pre-owned and graded before listing. Each listing clearly states the condition — from like-new to gently used. We describe any visible wear honestly so you know exactly what you are getting before you buy.
